The support portal is a third party application that allows us to track and manage support tickets much easier. After you create your login, you will have access to a variety of self-help options and history of your previous support tickets.
Our knowledge base is built on a Wiki system to provide clients with a familiar system for locating documents. All Fiber Hosting clients receive the ability to edit, create, and move documents within the wiki. After you have created your account, please notify us to approve the permissions.
Our infrastructure management scripts periodically check in on all our systems to ensure they are operating under normal conditions. The high level summary report is available for all to see.
